After two successful editions, Piano City® Athens is coming back in May 2025 to fill the city with music and inspiration!
Since its first year, Piano City Athens has been bringing people of all ages and interests together, creating a unique musical momentum in the city. Pianos appear in parks, squares, pedestrian streets, at the airport, in museums, embassies, hospitals, conservatories, schools, cafés, theaters, galleries, cultural institutions, and hotels. Through the house concerts initiative, the festival even enters people's homes, while its music can unexpectedly be heard… right in the middle of the street!
This year, the Goethe-Institut Athen joins Piano City Athens 2025, opening its auditorium to young pianists who wish to present a recital to the festival’s enthusiastic audience!
